Do you have family or friends living with early-stage dementia?

JoinArts 4 Dementiaand theNational Poetry Library, Southbank Centrefor a programme celebrating poetry and creative writing, exploring the most comprehensive collection of poetry in Britain.

The workshops will be led bymulti award-winning poet, Nick Makoha. Nicks poems have appeared in The New York Times, Poetry Review, Rialto, Poetry London, Triquarterly Review, Boston Review, Callaloo, and Wasafiri. He has presented his work at many international events and toured for the British Council in Finland, Czech Republic, the US and the Netherlands.

These sessions will re-energise and inspire individuals, carers, families and friends living withearly-stage dementiawithin the community.

No prior experience necessary.Participants are invited to register for all sessions with a companion. The workshops are completelyfree of charge.

Monday mornings: 11 am1 pm

Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand.
